1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of svirafoundation.org and app.svirafoundation.org, which are run by SVIRA Foundation, a not-for-profit company registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at S. No. 214/A, Plot No. 11, Savitribai Phulenagar, Nanded, Maharashtra 431605. By using these websites, you agree to these terms.
2. Using our websites
- Use our websites only for lawful purposes.
- Do not try to disrupt them, gain unauthorised access to them, or submit false information through our forms.
- Information on our websites is provided in good faith, but we cannot guarantee that it is always complete, current or free of errors.
3. Donations
- Donations are voluntary contributions to SVIRA Foundation’s charitable objectives.
- We accept online donations only from Indian citizens, in Indian rupees, from Indian bank accounts, cards or UPI. SVIRA Foundation is not registered under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010, and cannot accept foreign contributions.
- Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card or bank details.
- When you choose a cause, we use your donation for that area of work as far as practicable. If a cause receives more than it needs, we may use the extra for related work or for our general charitable activities.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
4. Tax benefits
SVIRA Foundation is approved under section 354 of the Income-tax Act, 2025 (formerly 80G). Whether you can claim a deduction, and how much, depends on your own tax situation, including the tax regime you choose. We issue receipts as required by law, but we cannot give tax advice. Please consult your tax adviser.
5. Health screening tools
Our health screening tools are for screening and awareness only. They do not provide a diagnosis or replace advice from a qualified health professional. In an emergency, call 112. For free mental health support, call Tele-MANAS on 14416.
6. Our content
The SVIRA Foundation name, logo, text and images on our websites belong to SVIRA Foundation unless stated otherwise. You may share links to our pages, but please do not copy or reuse our content, logo or images without our written permission.
7. Links to other websites
Our websites may link to other websites, such as Razorpay, WhatsApp or Google. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Limitation of liability
We work to keep our websites available and secure, but we provide them “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, SVIRA Foundation is not liable for any loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, our websites.

10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Nanded, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
